House of Gold Ankh ships orders with care and attention to every detail.

Complimentary U.S. Shipping

We offer complimentary standard shipping on U.S. orders unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Order Processing

Processing time varies depending on the product and availability.

In-stock products will begin processing after your order has been confirmed. Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email or phone number provided at checkout.

Please note that processing time and carrier transit time are separate.

Preorders

Certain House of Gold Ankh pieces may be offered on a preorder basis.

Estimated preorder fulfillment timelines will be stated on the applicable product page. By purchasing a preorder item, you acknowledge that the item will not ship immediately.

If an order contains both in-stock and preorder products, the items may ship together once the preorder item becomes available unless otherwise stated.

Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information.

Please allow time for the carrier to update tracking after the shipping label has been created.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If you notice an error in your address, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered fulfillment or shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times may be affected by weather, carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

If your tracking shows an unusual delay or delivery issue, please contact us and we will assist where possible.

International Orders

If international shipping is available at checkout, customers may be responsible for applicable customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges required by the destination country.
